I'm Peniel.
I build reliable systems that solve difficult problems. Backend infrastructure, blockchain tooling, trading systems, developer tools. Simply put, I enjoy making things that work well under pressure.
I care about speed.
When you're processing market data or handling trades, every millisecond counts. I usually reach for Rust when performance matters. At CAFX, I built the core order processing pipeline specifically to remove abstraction layers that were slowing things down.
I work across the whole stack.
I've built on Solana, NEAR, and TON. I've written payment infrastructure, staking programs, real estate contracts, and developer SDKs. I don't stay in one corner of the ecosystem. I go where the interesting problems are.
I think about security before features.
When I contributed to IronClaw at NEAR AI, I had to sandbox WASM plugins that interact with GitHub and Discord. That PR went through 53 review comments before it was merged. Security boundaries have to be right from the start you can't patch them in later.
I also build the community around the code.
I'm the Campus Lead for SuperteamNG at UNIUYO and the Blockchain Lead for GDG on Campus. I brought the Solana Students Africa tour to my university. I organize workshops, write technical articles, and try to make the ecosystem more accessible to people who are just starting out.

A secure data preparation platform for the Akwa Ibom Internal Revenue Service. It turns inconsistent bank and taxpayer spreadsheets into standardized, analysis-ready records through heuristic column mapping, branch filtering, identity-field validation, and guided duplicate resolution.
A business discovery and tax intelligence system covering all 31 Akwa Ibom LGAs. It finds local advertisers, enriches them through web, social, geospatial, registry, and commercial data sources, then supports tax classification and natural-language analysis through an administrative dashboard and local RAG assistant.
A high-frequency trading platform. I built the core order processing pipeline in Rust, stripping away heavy abstractions to keep the critical path fast. Strategy and analytics run in Python. The system handles concurrent market data ingestion across multiple exchanges.
Private payment infrastructure on Solana. It includes NFC tap-to-pay (turning a phone into a POS terminal), WhatsApp conversational invoicing, confidential cross-border payroll with Umbra privacy, and fiat off-ramps to Nigerian bank accounts via Pajramp. Sign In With Solana handles authentication.
I added GitHub and Discord WASM components to IronClaw, NEAR AI's agentic OS. The PR added 1,756 lines across 8 files and went through 53 review comments before being merged. The challenge was implementing capability-based security so plugins could interact with external APIs without compromising the host system.
I submitted a PR adding native Actix-web integration to the SeaORM admin panel 3,277 additions across 94 files. It includes feature-gated architecture, JWT authentication, a GraphQL playground, and support for custom entity schemas. Currently under review.
"Reach More From Your Device." My most actively developed project 136K lines of Rust, 77K of Python, and 40K of TypeScript. Currently in progress.
Async-first Rust library for the Telegram Bot API. Published on crates.io. Includes Mini App support with initData validation, WASM bridge, and TON Connect v2 wallet integration.
Real estate transactions on NEAR Protocol. The smart contract handles property listings, ownership transfers, and escrow logic entirely on-chain.
Anonymous campus community platform with wallet-based identity and outcome-based prediction markets around verifiable stories.
GitHubTelehealth platform on Solana for stress, anxiety, and depression. I built the backend authentication, task/quiz endpoints, wallet creation, and blockchain integrations.
LiveNFT staking and DAO voting programs built with Anchor. Focused on secure state mechanics and governance logic.
Telegram watch-party betting bot for the World Cup. Challenge friends with natural language bets, resolved automatically via TxLINE live match data. Built for TxODDS Hackathon (Superteam Earn).
